Yolande Otto
Director of Sales and Marketing
Yolande Otto is passionate about hospitality and has been involved in the hospitality industry for many years. She studied for her B Com Hotel & Tourism degree at the University of Pretoria and straight after school worked in hotels in various operational roles.
She has worked as a Wedding Coordinator, run the Midrand Conference Centre and worked as a PCO (Professional Conference Organiser).
22 years ago she decided to start her own business, Mjunxtion, with the sole purpose of making sure that the smaller players in the industry were marketed effectively and were able to gain maximum exposure in an extremely competitive environment. These companies included hotels, lodges and a variety of venues.
In 2017, Yolande was elected as the Social Director for PAFSA (The South African Professional Association for Secretaries and Administrative Assistants). Her duties include getting involved with the PA of the Year Award which is a national competition usually held in Johannesburg or Pretoria annually.
She is a member of TravelBags and has fantastic relationships with members of the PCO Alliance and other related associations and charities.
Jeane Turner
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jeana Turner has been actively involved in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) and Tourism Industries since 1998. She has a diploma in Marketing Management and has worked in multiple facets of the hospitality industry including Sales and Marketing, Team Building and Event Management, Hotel Management and Event Technology Systems.
Jeana is well known and has served on the South African Association of the Conference Industry (SAACI) Advisory Board, the Event Greening Forum and on the SAACI Tshwane Branch Committee.
She is passionate about sales, hospitality, events, team building and sustainability and believes in giving back to the industry. She was voted as one of the Top 40 Women in MICE for 2016. She has a heart for helping others and imparting her knowledge to them.
